Minority Development & Empowerment Inc., MDEI, is a 501 (c) 3, not-for profit agency established in 1996 with a goal to provide programs and services to the Haitian and other minority communities in Broward County. In 2005, an office was opened in Palm Beach County to expand on our mission to serve the community.
